Do I need a reservation at Dean’s Italian Steakhouse?
Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.

While there is no strict dress code, we recommend smart casual attire.

What is The Veranda?
The Veranda is our open-air patio space on the Brazos side of Dean’s, featuring an ivy-laced bar and views of Austin’s Tau Ceti mural. It offers daily happy hour specials from 5:00–6:30 pm and serves the full Dean’s menu upon request.

Does Dean’s Italian Steakhouse have a loyalty program?
Yes! Dean’s offers a personalized Loyalty Card program where you earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and beverages. Once you reach 300 points, you’ll receive a $25 reward to use on a future visit. Just ask your server for a card and register it online to start tracking your rewards. Points cannot be combined or transferred between guests, and rewards have no cash value.

Can I book a private dining room for lunch at Dean’s Italian Steakhouse?
Absolutely. The Private Dining Room is available for lunch events, offering the same exceptional service and ambiance as our dinner service. It's perfect for corporate luncheons, celebrations, or any special occasion.

Can I bring my own wine or liquor to Dean’s Italian Steakhouse?
Due to our liquor license, we are unable to allow any outside alcohol in the restaurant. As a result, we do not offer a corkage fee.

Can I bring a cake to celebrate a special occasion?
Yes! Guests are welcome to bring in a cake for celebrations. A $40 flat fee applies if you plan to enjoy the cake in-house. If you’d like our team to cut and present the cake for your party, there is an additional $5 per person service fee.
